** WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR PACKAGE - You will receive 1 Welcome Sign and 1 Photo Board with the photo you provide in the size you choose. You will also receive 2 stands if you choose to add them.
** HOW TO - You just unpackage your backdrops, tape the scored lines with at least 3" nylon reinforced tape, attach your stands and you are ready to PARTY! Please note our stands are recommended for indoor use. If you'd like to use outdoors, please contact us for options. TAPE NOT INCLUDED.
** SIZE - The sizes that you choose are the height of the welcome sign and photo board. The first set of numbers will be the size of the welcome sign and the second set of numbers with be for the photo board to ensure they remain proportional like the example photo. For example, if you select "6ft tall / 7ft tall", you will receive a 6ft tall Welcome Sign and a 7ft tall Photo Board. Please choose the size that YOU would like. Sizes are rounded to the nearest inch. **wide= left to right **tall = top to bottom. The backdrops may vary slightly as they are all blade cut.
For reference, the welcome sign in the example photo is 4x6 and the photo board in the example photo is 4x7.

** SHIPPING - All welcome signs and photo boards will be scored and folded for shipping purposes. For our processing time, please view the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website.
** RETURNS - Our custom photo boards and welcome signs are made to order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Since the material is customized with your photo and personalization, it cannot be reused or repurposed.
