** WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR PACKAGE - You will receive 1 Photo Board with the photo you provide in the size you choose. If you select a size that says "with a stand" you will also receive an indoor stand.
** HOW TO - You just unpackage your backdrops, tape the scored lines with at least 3" nylon reinforced tape, attach your stands and you are ready to PARTY! Please note our stands are recommended for indoor use. If you'd like to use outdoors, please contact us for options. TAPE NOT INCLUDED.
** SIZE - The size that you choose is the overall dimensions for the entire backdrop. Please choose the size that YOU would like. Sizes are rounded to the nearest inch. **wide= left to right **tall = top to bottom. The backdrops may vary slightly as they are all blade cut.
** TEXT - The text will be in the fonts shown in the photo. Please type your text exactly as you want it printed in the designated areas (Text 1, Text 2, etc.). You will also select two text colors. The text will be printed in the colors you choose. Therefore, please make sure what you selected is exactly what you would like.
If your chosen text color blends into the background or is hard to read, we will add a white or black outline for better visibility.
** IMAGE SHOWN - The image shown is a photo of what the product can look like. You will select the size and other variables. For reference the backdrop is 3x6 in the first photo.
** PHOTO - The photo you upload will be printed exactly as it is provided to us. We do NOT edit or enhance photos. Only the background will be removed and you will be centered on the board as shown. For the best results, please upload a high-quality or professional photo to avoid issues with background removal. You will also select a background color. It will be blended with white as shown in the photo.
** SHIPPING - Please note backdrops over 3ft tall will be scored and folded for shipping purposes. For processing time please view the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website.
** RETURNS - Our custom photo backdrops are made to order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Since the material is customized with your photo, it cannot be reused or repurposed.
Please double-check your photo and the size you chose before finalizing your purchase to ensure it's exactly what you want.
