** WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR PACKAGE - You will receive 1 Photo Board with the photo you provide in the size you choose and 1 stand if you choose to add one.
** HOW TO - You just unpackage your backdrops, tape the scored lines with at least 3" nylon reinforced tape, attach your stands and you are ready to PARTY! Please note our stands are recommended for indoor use. If you'd like to use outdoors, please contact us for options. TAPE NOT INCLUDED.
** SIZE - The size that you choose is the overall dimensions for the entire backdrop. Please choose the size that YOU would like. Sizes are rounded to the nearest inch. **wide= left to right **tall = top to bottom. The backdrops may vary slightly as they are all blade cut.
** TEXT - The text will be in the fonts shown in the photo. You will type the place you'd like to welcome your guests to (Our Wedding, My Birthday, etc.) date, and hashtag you'd like. Please type your personalization EXACTLY how you would like it printed, capitalization, spacing, etc as we will print it exactly as it is typed. That includes the date, if you type the date as "11/29/25" it will be printed with the slashes exactly as typed. The text color will be the color you select. Therefore, please make sure what you selected is exactly what you would like.
We recommend selecting a photo where your face isn’t positioned near the top, as the text will cover it. If you do choose a photo with your face near the top, we’ll adjust the layout by moving the text above the date and hashtag if we see fit unless you request otherwise.
Additionally, if your chosen text color blends into the background or isn’t clearly visible, we’ll enhance its readability by adding a white or black outline.
Please note that if a large number of characters are entered in the welcome personalization box, the word "to" may be moved to the first line in cursive at our discretion.
** IMAGE SHOWN - The image shown is a photo of what the product can look like. You will select the size and other variables. For reference the backdrop is 3x6 in the first photo.
** PHOTO - The photo you select will be printed exactly as it is uploaded. Please note we DO NOT enhance or edit photos in anyway. The photo will be printed in the quality it is provided to us. We recommend choosing professionally taken photos for the best result.
** SHIPPING - Please note backdrops over 3ft tall will be scored and folded for shipping purposes. For processing time please view the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website.
** RETURNS - Our custom photo backdrops are made to order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Since the material is customized with your photo, it cannot be reused or repurposed.
